Lomela cream combines hydroquinone (2%), tretinoin (0.025%), and mometasone furoate (0.1%). It is primarily prescribed to treat melasma and hyperpigmentation. The hydroquinone lightens dark spots, tretinoin promotes cell turnover, and mometasone (a steroid) reduces the inflammation caused by the other ingredients.
